【龍門蒸気療法】
Main treatment for: Rhinitis, Pharyngitis, Bronchitis, Pneumonia
Ingredients: Mineral water, Liquid Iodine, Alcohol, Plastic bag, stainless steel bowl
1. Pour 100°c temperature of water into the stainless steel bowl which contain 5-10ml of liquid iodine and 10-30ml of alcohol.
2. Use the plastic bag to cover your head and the bowl. Please BE CAREFUL when doing so as the bowl is hot.
3. Then start breathing with using nose and mouth simultaneously for 2 to 3 minutes. After that, continue to deep breathing for about 10 minutes.
NOTE: Feeling uncomfortable in the beginning of breathing with plastic bag cover on head is normal.
